Phase 1- Preparation stage
- You’ll begin by filling a detailed intake form that helps us understand your emotional world and the life you’re living.
- Based on the availability, a customized appointment schedule is created.
- We’ll send a short reflection guide to prepare you gently for the journey ahead.

Phase 2- Navigation stage
- The first session (60 mins) sets the tone here —a spacious, safe conversation to understand what’s weighing on you.
- You’ll then meet for weekly 45 -minute sessions, where we work steadily through themes like anxiety, overwhelm, identity, relationships, and decision-making.
- Between sessions, we offer gentle check-ins via text for continued support when needed.(also we make sure you don’t get dependent on us)
- We also provide guidance around emotional challenges during special situations—such as family gatherings, travel, career shifts, or personal transitions.


Phase 3- Anchoring stage
- As the program nears completion, we create a summary document that reflects your growth, insights, and personalized practices to support you going forward.
- If needed, you’re welcome to return for future sessions.

You may choose to pay the fee in two instalments:
- First Installment: 50% of the total fee is to be paid to confirm your booking for the session.
- Second Installment: The remaining 50% should be paid within three weeks from the date of the first session.

- Sessions may include optional consultations with a Psychartist/Wellness coach based on your emotional-physical connection.

We’re a focused and small team of 6, working with intention. Each counsellor/mental health coach/psychologist is deeply trained and supervised before taking on clients.
We work for 4 days a week and dedicate other days to studying client cases, planning sessions, and deepening our approach—so that every session is grounded, intentional, and personal.
We believe in quality over quantity, and that means we can only hold space for a limited number of clients at a time.

1) Where is your counselling space located ? Do you have in person sessions?
The official space is based in Chennai. However, it is not a full-fledged office in the conventional sense—it’s a dedicated space exclusively for our internal team.
We work with clients across the globe and do not offer in-person sessions. This remote-first approach allows us to maintain flexibility while ensuring time-standardized, consistent support for all our clients, regardless of their location.
2) What’s the difference between working directly with Ms. Khanthini Vijayakumar and with a team counsellor?
The counselling process remains consistent in both options. The main difference is that, instead of working one-on-one with Ms. Khanthini, you will be supported by a dedicated counsellor from her carefully trained team.
Each counsellor works under the direct guidance and supervision of Ms. Khanthini, ensuring that your sessions maintain the same depth, clarity, and quality. All case discussions, session plans, and progress are reviewed by her, so even if you’re not working with her personally, you continue to receive expert-level support throughout your journey.

More importantly, you’ll learn practical strategies to handle future challenges independently. Since you play an active role in your own process, by the end of the program, you’ll have the clarity and confidence to continue this journey on your own terms.
You’ll also receive a personalised closure document, which outlines your progress, key learnings, and tailored guidelines to help you navigate different life situations with the insight you’ve gained.

5) Can I begin with a 3-month counselling package and later switch to a longer one?
Once a package is confirmed and payment is made, it cannot be converted or extended into a longer one. However, you are always welcome to begin a new cycle of sessions by re-enrolling in a fresh package that suits your evolving needs.
The duration of the work—whether a few months or longer—depends on the nature of your concerns and the pace at which you’re ready to explore and grow.
6) How do I make the payment?
To begin, please fill out the form linked below only after carefully reading all the instructions and FAQs provided. Once the form is submitted, our team will get in touch with you within 24 to 48 hours to guide you through the next steps.
We accept payments via Google Pay, UPI ID, or direct bank transfer.

7) Do you offer any discounts for couple or family therapy?
We do not offer any discounts for couple or family therapy.
However, meaningful change in relationships or parenting styles typically requires a commitment of at least 16 sessions over a minimum of 4 months. This duration allows us to work through patterns thoughtfully and sustainably.
The format will be determined based on the nature of the concerns, the therapist’s clinical recommendation, and the preferences of those involved.
8) Will all my problems be solved ?
Results’ in counselling don’t always look immediate or obvious. You may not feel drastically different overnight, but you can be sure that something is shifting — even if it’s as small as feeling a bit lighter, clearer, or more aware.
We don’t measure progress in dramatic breakthroughs — we observe it in the small, consistent efforts you make toward emotional clarity, relationship shifts, and self-compassion. And just like with your physical health, those efforts build up over time and begin to shape the way you live and relate to others.
